Josh Windass has been nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month award.
The Owls travelled to Blackburn in late April for a huge basement clash in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
With so much riding on the fixture, it was Wednesday who came out on top in Lancashire with a priceless 3-1 victory to leave the relegation zone for the first time since August.
Windass was the man who broke the deadlock in stunning fashion.

With goalkeeper Aynsley Pears off his line, Windass executed a sublime looping chip from range that dropped nicely under the crossbar to hand the Owls a perfect start.
Marvin Johnson struck after the break and an own goal from Pears sealed maximum points in front of over 7,200 Wednesdayites at Ewood Park.
The opener from Windass has been shortlisted for the Championship Goal of the Month award.
