Sheffield Wednesday are dedicated to providing a family friendly environment both in and around Hillsborough. The club were delighted to be awarded the most recent EFL Family Excellence Award for 2021/22.

As part of SWFC's ongoing commitment to families, the club have designated part of the Grandstand as the official Family Area of Hillsborough.
This area is ideal on a matchday for parents and children alike. The Grandstand hosts spacious concourses and toilet facilities and the seats within this section offer a fantastic high view of the game.
The Family Zone which was previously situated in the middle of the stand has moved and is now housed in the concourse area between gangways F and G of the Grandstand and provides a dedicated and significantly bigger family area of the stand.

Within this family area, as is the ethos throughout Hillsborough, the club has a zero tolerance policy on foul and abusive language and racial or homophobic chanting.
In addition, the Grandstand has family friendly stewards who are on hand for any issues you have during your day with Wednesday and we also have a dedicated phone number for supporters to contact during the game should you wish to anonymously report any form of anti social behaviour. Matchday tickets can be purchased in a variety of ways, either in person at the Ticket Office, Owls Megastore, by telephone on 03700 201867 (option 1) or online HERE.
Supporters who book online have the option of printing their tickets at home, uploading their ticket to a Membership card or having a standard ticket sent out in the post.
