Sheffield Wednesday Under-23s face Birmingham today at Hillsborough (1.00pm).
First team trio Daniel Pudil, Jacob Butterfield and Marco Matias all feature in Neil Thompson’s starting XI against the Blues.
Pudil has made nine appearances this season but has not featured since the Owls’ trip to Cardiff in September.
Matias, meanwhile, has made two appearances in 2017/18, both coming in the EFL Cup-ties with Chesterfield and Bolton.
Loanee Butterfield will be unavailable for Wednesday this weekend against his parent club Derby.
With six appearances for the Owls since his loan switch from Pride Park, the 27-year-old lines up this afternoon for the Development Squad.
