Danny Röhl strengthened his backroom team with the addition of goalkeeper coach Salvatore ‘Sal’ Bibbo in November 2023.
Sal arrived at Hillsborough with an impressive pedigree and an ever-growing reputation in the game.
He spent five years coaching Premier League Arsenal’s first team goalkeepers - Petr Cech, Bernd Leno and World Cup winner and former Owls loanee Emi Martinez.
Bibbo’s next challenge was with fellow top tier side Brighton, where he was responsible for developing the Seagulls’ young shot-stoppers.
