Owls striker Bailey Cadamarteri signed a new contract with Sheffield Wednesday in December 2023.
The talented teen has risen to the fore in the 2023/24 season.
The Owls academy product made his Championship bow from the bench in our home clash with Millwall and came on again next time out away at Birmingham.
Impressed by the 18-year-old, manager Danny Röhl put the striker into the starting 11 for our home games against league leaders Leicester and then Blackburn three days later.
It was against Rovers where Cadamarteri truly made his mark by firing home his first senior goal inside the first few minutes.
Wednesday of course went on to win the game 3-1 and post three vital points.
Cadamarteri – who has been at Hillsborough since joining as an Under-9 - signed his first professional contract with Wednesday in the summer of 2022 after two fine years completing his scholarship with the Under-18s.
